Program Description

The Oakwood Drive home is located in a rural community in Oxford County. This is a single story home which is ideal for individuals with mobility issues. This home serves middle age and older gentlemen with chronic-persistent mental illness. There is a strong focus on community inclusion. Individuals are encouraged to participate in the continued development of new life skills while maintaining current skill levels. Consumers are encouraged to pursue individual interests.

Historically, residents in this home are active members of their local community by participating in local functions.

Staff in this home receive training consistent with DHHS and Mental Health licensing requirements.
